As Thanksgiving approaches, it was fun to ask some of the students what they were thankful for!

Yes, students are finding out that exercise is also good for the bones. Did you know jumping is one of the best forms of exercise to strengthen the bones? Any weight bearing exercise will increase bone density. However, diet must compliment the exercise. Foods posted for strong bone health were leafy greens, yogurt, milk, cheese, broccoli, sardines, salmon. Time to enjoy a tall glass of milk!
